Distilled Malt Vinegar

Distilled Malt Vinegar, with its concentrated acidity, is made from Malt Vinegar. The process involves boiling the vinegar under a partial vacuum to reduce the boiling point; the vapour is then turned back into a liquid by passing through cooling coils. This complex procedure creates a product with the flavour and aroma of Malt Vinegar but in a clear and solid free liquid.

Distilled Malt Vinegar has many uses and today continues to be used around the home as a cleaning product on glass and mirrors.
